We have various payment methods available depending on where you are in the world. We only use reputable payment providers that have been tested. Your travel consultant will also be on hand to assist you in determining which payment option will work best depending on your location and preferred payment method.

  • If you paying from an account in South Africa you have two options Direct EFT or Credit Card.


  • Direct EFT
  • Credit Card payment
  • Wise payment – we recommend using this option, if available, as it means reduced bank charges and more efficient payment. Details follow below on the Wise bank account.
  • Exchange 4 Free – please see details below on how to make payments.

Making an international payment using Wise

Please note that should you wish to make an International EFT/transfer payment we have the following accounts that allow for this. Please notify your consultant should you plan to use one of the accounts below and follow these steps:

  1. Please confirm with your consultant before making a Wise payment.
  2. Please provide the country or region from which you would like to make the payment.
  3. Your consultant will provide you with your payment total in your local currency. Please wait for the confirmation of this total before making payment.
  4. Please choose the correct bank account which represents your location or region. Your consultant will also confirm this with you.
  5. Please use your Q number found on your pro-forma invoice & Surname as a payment reference.
  6. Unfortunately, the South African currency is extremely volatile to exchange rate fluctuation so please ensure you make payment timeously.
  7. Please email proof of payment to your consultant once payment is made.

Making an international payment via Exchange for Free

Exchange 4 Free allows you to make a local currency EFT payment into a local bank account. This way you will incur you normal local transfer costs –  no international banking fees or commissions. Exchange 4 Free offers competitive exchange rates. Note the following:

  • Please use your Quotation number (Qxxxxxx) when asked for ‘Invoice/Student Number’
  • Please note that this option is only applicable when paying from a non-South African bank account

Steps in making an EFT payment using Exchange 4 Free

  1. Press on the PAY NOW button below.
  2. Fill out the form with your details.
  3. You will receive an email from Exchange 4 free with their local bank account details.
  4. You will then need to log into your bank account and do an EFT into the bank account that Exchange 4 free has provided.
  5. Please make sure you use the REFERENCE NUMBER provided by Exchange for free when making your EFT payment.
  6. Once you have made the EFT payment we will be notified.
  7. The funds will clear on our side in approximately 2-3 working days.
